Located in Stadtpark, the Johann Strauss Monument is the most popular photographic subject in Vienna. The gilded bronze monument, framed by a marble relief, was made by Edmund Hellmer and unveiled on 26 June 1921 as a dedication to composer Johann Strauss II.
